Each college is described in its own section.

The information found in the first tab is displayed by Category. For example, in the "Academic" section, the academic information for each college is listed in its own chapter.

Veritas:

The Veritas (Truth) tab contains the introductory papers by the Newman Society on Catholic colleges as well as a collection of papal documents which are especially relevant for college students and their parents.

The Articles contained in the College guide include aforeward by Fr. Benedict Groeschel, and "The Address to Catholic Educators" by His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI as well as the following articles:

The Pictures tab contains over 60 pictures from the various colleges.

Search/Links/Settings/Help:

The Search tab contains four sections: Search, Web, Settings, and Help.

The Search section has two entries: "Search Colleges" and "Search Documents" which can be selected to search the Newman Guides entries on colleges and the Newman Guide articles as well as other Church documents.

The next section contains one entry, "Visit Web Sites", which opens up a table which has links to the Newman Guide as well as the colleges. These sites can be browsed without exiting the app.

The Settings section has entries labeled General, Text, and Search. The General entry contain navigation options; the Text entry enables the user to change text and background color, font size, and the font type; the maximum number of search results can be changed by selecting the Search entry.

The Help section contains information on how to use the program.
